QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
Boutiques buy ‘samples’ to show to customers. Customers will try them on and boutiques may also use them in window displays or to showcase at events. Once a sample is no longer required by the boutique they sell it onto customers a discounted rate.
Each designer will size their dresses differently. To help you with this issue every dress listed shows the bust, waist and hip measurements. We recommend making your purchase with this in mind.
None of our dresses have been previously owned or altered. They will have been tried on or used in displays.
All of the boutiques and designers that list with Bridalise are vetted to ensure they are legitimate bridal retailers stocking legitimate designer dresses.
Absoutely not! We have a selection of formal wear suitable for proms and formal events. We also sell gifts and beauty products suitable for anyone, anytime!
While we can not provide an alteration service we are putting together an alteration directory. Watch this space for more info!
Dresses are designed for a person who is approx 5’9″ although they can be altered to accomodate shorter.
I’m afraid not. Bridalise is a marketplace for boutiques and designers.
As the dresses at Bridalise are ex-samples they may show signs of minor defects or marks. We’ve added a condition status to help you understand what your purchase will be like.
- As new – Exactly as it says.
- Excellent – May have minor defects that will not be visable when wearing and will probably be on the inside of the dress
- Good – Minor defects that will not affect the overall look of the dress once on.
- Fair – Defects that may be hidden with alteration or embellishment.

Absolutely, if your order isn’t what you were looking for then you are more than welcome to return it for a refund. More details about our returns policy can be found HERE.
I’m afraid we are not able to allow returns for personalised products.
We tag all our dress orders. If this tag is removed and the dress returned you will forfeit your right to a refund.
Questions about payment
We offer payment by debit/credit card through stripe or through Klarna.

Once your return is received and inspected the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Once we issue the refund you should expect to receive it within approximately 7 days. You can find more information about refunds HERE.
